Pray for your wrists
Over early morning coffee a design director colleague tells us the story of yet another young designer to fall to the dreaded Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

So, we both resolved to preach to our respective flocks about the importance of stretching those forearms to give those poor wrists a break.
